Introduction
We at SAM CABLES would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourself as a professionally managed fast growing ISO Certified Company engaged in manufacturing of ISI marked `SAM` make 1.1 kV L T Grade Cables with Aluminium and Copper Conductors of ranges as mentioned below:-
1. PVC/ XLPE/ HR PVC Insulated Power Cables with PVC/ FRLS Sheathing upto & including 3.5 Core 630 Sqmm. Armoured & Unarmoured with Aluminium & Copper Conductors.
2. PVC/ XLPE/ HR PVC Insulated Single Core with PVC/ FRLS Sheathing upto & including 1000 Sqmm. Armoured & Unarmoured with Aluminium & Copper Conductors.
3. PVC/ XLPE/ HR PVC Insulated Control Cables with PVC/ FRLS Sheathing form 1.5/ 2.5 Sqmm. Single Core to 61Cores in solid and Stranded copper conductor.
We have two manufacturing plants with adequate production capacity to manufacture the quality products in order to meet the requirement of our customers. The company commenced production in 1990 with its first plant being set up at Rudrapur. Later on the company has added a second unit at Integrated Industrial Estate, SIDCUL at Pantnagar. In accordance to our quality policy we are pleased to inform you that we have adequate testing facilities at our production Units to help maintain the quality of our product as per relevant specification/standards. We have the following BIS licenses to manufacture ISI marked products
• IS: 1554 (PT-I) 1988
• IS: 7098 (PT-I) 1988
• IS: 694
As regard to the quality, we are elated to inform you that some of India’s most reputed testing laboratories such as C.P.R.I. (A Govt. of India Enterprises) and E.T.D.C. (A Haryana Govt. Undertaking) have tested our products and found their quality to be adequate. Besides the above mentioned testing laboratories various other testing/inspecting agencies such as RITES, MECON etc. have also checked/inspected our products and found them up to the mark. For us at SAM Cables the quality of our product is very crucial, so that our customers may get full satisfaction with opinion performance.
Since the date of inception we have successfully supplied our products to various State Electricity Boards, Power Corporations, Hydro Power Projects, Thermal Power Projects, Various Govt. Departments., Turnkey based projects, Industrial Projects and various other industries.
We would also like to request you that if there are any registration forms or formalities for registering our product with you please let us know about the same so that we can pursue this matter at the earliest.
